Private club, I joined before playing and have been really pleased. It's open and forgiving, without too many ways to pick up penalty strokes. Trees are trimmed back without encroaching often.
Greens are fast but not too fast. Rough is thick but playable. Bunkers are really well maintained.
I play during the week and never have issues playing quickly. Walking 18 is just under 3 hours for me.
