It's the old homestead but there's new blood and it shows

Fairways were awful. Greens and tee boxes were in ok condition, but the area surrounding the greens looked like rotting corpses. Not sure if the course is diseased or what. The course has potential to be nice due to the layout, but needs an influx of money.

First time playing here but will be back. A very fun course and just enough of a challenge for my level. Staff and golfers were very pleasant and I enjoyed the low-stress attitude around the course. The fairways are in very rough shape, but the greens are overall fantastic. They were very very slow, but I’m going to chalk that up to the massive amounts of rain we received recently. And please people, fix your divots on the greens. A decent value as a non-member and not overly booked, even on a Saturday morning Labor Day weekend. We did have an issue with a slow group in front of us that refused to allow us to play through on the 7th hole even though the pro shop instructed them to do so before they even teed off, but they ended up only playing 9 before we got the pro shop involved. The back nine played at a great pace. I highly recommend for a high or mid handicapper or for a low stress round, low handicappers will likely be a bit unimpressed.
