Very good condition from tee to green. Previous years the fairways were very dry and hard, like the second cut now. Will get considerable run out especially off rhe fairways. Greens were quick and consistent throughout the round.

Fairways, Tee Box, and Greens are phenomenal. Rough in some areas is patchy and dirt but not unplayable. Otherwise well taken care of and enjoyable to play. Pace of play was slow but rest of my experience here was great.

Had the whole course to ourselves. Challenging for a new golfer but had a great time.

Best value in Western PA bar none!
