I think 30 is a little steep for an out of season weekday 9 here. But Range End is always in good condition and tee times are gettable after work so it’s really a good spot.

40 for 9 holes on a windy Sunday at 5 seems a little pricey was nice course but definitely felt more like a 25-30 dollar round
