Great course, really fun, thanks to 18 Birdies it was definitely easier to breakdown for club section.

Greens be very slow or fast

I play this course fairly often, normally there are a lot of dead patches on the green which make it pretty hard to get a good putt. Overall not a horrible golf course, it just needs some better maintenance.
