Fun public course. Easy to get a tee time, very affordable. Course conditions are not perfect, but it is a fair value. Marshall’s are relaxed. People will let you play through if you are in a hurry. Practice putting green is available. No driving range. Clubhouse is bare bones.

The greens are in horrible condition. Rest of the course was in decent shape. Cart paths are horrendous. Drive on the grass to save your spine.

Greens need work

I called and made a tee time for 8:50 am two days prior. Day of there was some snow flurries. Barely any snow on the ground. Drove 40 minutes to go here and the gate was closed with a sign “Course closed today”. No phone call, no update on their website, no one even answered the phone when we called. Drove to another course without a tee time and they let us play and had a great day.

The greens were an embarrassment. Patchy with a ton of dead spots.

I’d say at least 2/3 of the greens were near unplayable. Play somewhere else.

Most of the green were so dry they were cracked like a dry river bed.. The starter actually told me "when you get on the greens pick it up and add a stroke" Unfortunate because the course could be awesome with some TLC. The layout of the holes is a bit odd... 9th hole tee box is next to first green, the 2nd is 100 yards down the path.. a couple of elevated tee boxes and wide open, only a few water hazards.

Front 9 greens are awful and so are the last few holes. Don’t recommend for people who like to putt
