The golf carts at this course are electric rather than gas-powered. Unfortunately, this contributed to a serious issue during our round. On hole 5, while approaching a ball for our scramble, the brakes on our cart failed to engage properly. This caused a delay in response followed by a sudden electric jolt, ultimately causing the cart to slide into a small creek. While the cart malfunction was concerning, the real issue stemmed from how the situation was handled by the clubhouse manager. We imme
