Just my opinion
Club house is a dump. Cart paths are horrible ( check and make sure your kidneys are ok).
Tees are in bad shape.

The people that go there were annoying, yelling all over the course, driving wherever they wanted with no regard to other golfers. The staff was a little rude when we got there and asked a few questions. $25 for 18holes isn’t bad though.
