Ok, let's start with the price. It was awful 50 to 60 Dollars to play 18 holes 😡🤬 Second the condition, it is in really good condition and is really well maintained, the only thing I would say is bad is behind the first par 5 on the front. That is the only thing I would say is bad. The rough was very bad too it was hard to get out of so you had too club up a couple clubs Overall it is very beautiful and amazing. I would recommend coming hear again
