Greens were in real good condition. The fairways are recovering from being boiled through a rainy June and then blistering July and August. Course pro has them on the rebound and will be good as new by October fall golf.

Scheduled a tee time to try out a new course in the area. Place was absolutely tore up, dead grass everywhere, tee boxes chewed up. Half of every fairway consisted of dead grass/brown spots. Middle of the round, sprinklers were running on greens we were hitting in to. I get course is in bad shape, but right in the middle of play is ridiculous. Even in this condition, still charge a full $70 for a round. Will not be back and do not recommend

Course needs to invest more effort into fairway maintenance and drainage.
