The greens are definitely what make this course. They are moderate in speed but they are very smooth and putts roll true. Some nice subtle undulations that will keep you on your toes. The bunkers looked to be in good shape but they aren’t exactly strategically placed on the course they are just there for aesthetics. The rough is pretty much like hitting golf balls out of a back yard. Lots of crabgrass and weeds. The fairway can be hit or miss on each hole and the length of cut varies. Houses are definitely in play on most holes so if you are crooked with driver you may want to keep it in the bag which is fine because it’s not a long track. All in all at regular rates the course is a bit overpriced but there are usually some good Golfnow deals to make it worth it.
