Front 9 are great. Back 9 is a hot mess.

Nice course. Plenty of water in play. Greens were in good shape. The cart path is beyond the point of repair. The street curbs will cost you a kidney if you don’t go slooow.

If Pinecrest could get their maintenance under control this would be a fantastic course. The layout of fun and challenging, but the course is in bad shape. The greens are nearly un-puttable, and have been for a long time. Fairways are 50/50 on if you get a decent lie or not, and you can find many areas just off the green to be impossible to hit from. This course is not worth the greens fees they currently charge.
