Went on a Tuesday as a single so pace of play was great. Tee boxes were rock hard; I could barely get my tee in the ground. Some holes were in great condition, others not so much. Fairways were sandy and hard, made it difficult to hit sometimes with the extremely tight lies. Greens were fast but in good condition. Some greens needed a little love but they definitely rolled true. Cart paths were horrible, I almost broke the cart driving over some fairly steep ledges that weren’t paved properly and have degraded. May play again but I’ve played other courses of similar value that were in much better condition.
