Very nice course. Well maintained. Have played it in the past and the greens were a bit faster but still very playable at the slightly slower speeds. Bunkers are not deep and were in good shape - very playable. They have a strange rule concerning entering and exiting the fairway (with carts) at some special stakes they have installed. Not sure how they benefit the fairway conditions but probably helps keep down damage around the trees and greens.
