Carts die before halfway through a set of 9 and greens are horrible and 1 green is not even completely finished half grass and half dirt. The bunkers are just a rough in a divot, if it was not for the elevation change you would not even know it’s a bunker.

Not a great course. Do not go here unless you really don’t care about golf at all. It’s a pasture with greens on it and burnt greens at that. Sand traps are over ran with weeds and grass. Good luck.

Course is in rough shape. Greens were soaked, and missing grass in a lot of spaces. Golf carts work….but they are way past their expected life span. Hole layout is pretty good overall. Wont be a first choice to go back, but you got what you paid for so the value was there for sure.

Great layout, terrible greens, amazing value. Want a course to putt pro lines? This is not for you. Are you trying to work on your long and midrange game? Amazing value. Chipping is even good practice. It’s just the greens. The weeds are a bit tall, sure. But walking 9 is perfect.

With an $18 rate for cart and 18 holes the course was worth it. The days may be numbered for this course as it sounds like a developer has purchased. Since nothing is growing yet the course was ok. Once grass/weeds start growing it may be another story. If you are just looking to work on your game, have some patience for rough patches and can get a “hot deal” then it’s worth a try.
