-Value of the Course is Fairly Good! Clubhouse has just been Redone with Updated Interior. Very nice Houses standing along side some holes -The Condition is Average. THE course is played very often. Expect divots, Brown Grass. Tee Times spaced out Roughly 10-20 mins apart -The Greens are Average. Some slow some fast depending on the day. -The pace of play is fairly fast. Usually at 3 or 4 man group behind you so the pace of play is average. The 1 -2 man groups is when pace of play picks up.

The price is definitely one of its better features. The course is ok, but some tees are nothing but dirt. Really, just dirt. The staff seem to be decent the few times I've been. Sometimes when I've been here, it's slow paced, other times it moves along. Doesn't feel as though there's a dominant clique that runs this course. It does have some very long holes. Overall, I give it a solid 3 out of 5 of the many courses I've been too.
