The gnats are almost unbearable. Course layout is really cool, but several greens and the cart paths need attention.
Course was good. $50 doesn't seem to steep for the views. Only complaint is the amount of gnats. they swarm you almost every hole.

Greens are horrible poanna grass everywhere, bouncey greens, cart paths are in bad shape.
Not worth 48 dollar green fee.
