Pretty nice layout overall with lots of potential and some cool holes. Conditions are currently that of a $25-35 course even after the renovation. Tee boxes are almost all sloped, weedy, and full of sand. Greens are bumpy and slow, can already see the spray paint. Overgrown rough slows pace of play. Course has the attitude of a private club but conditions worse than our munis.

Overall not a bad course. Definitely not worth the money they want for green fees. Much like every other course in Tennessee, it needs some much needed water. That may very well help the conditions. The staff was absolutely phenomenal. Tess in the pro shop was great and very helpful. The ladies in the snack cart were awesome. Lauren at the bar in the restaurant was very nice and helpful as well.

Very difficult layout. Greens were grainy and courses at half the price have better tee boxes and greens. Would love to play again once it is in better shape. Overpriced for the quality of course that it is.

Cool layout

This course and the staff are incredible. Sam was great to work with and very accommodating. We hosted a 2 day tournament with 44 players and they set us up with name tags on the carts and custom scorecards. Driving range is grass in April and the course is in good shape. Clubhouse is also really nice, the sand trap bar has excellent food and is a good place to chill after the round. Would highly recommend especially for golf outings!
