If the greens and tee boxes had grass it would be great. About 5 “nice” holes on this course.

Course was challenging and somewhat out of shape. Fairways were okay as were greens. Some patching was going on when I played. Tee boxes were awful. Some were just bare dirt with no grass. Others were overgrown. Needs a little TLC. Price is reasonable.
