Playing in December course and greens in excellent condition

Greens are in pretty good shape, some things that bothered me, there were leaves all over the fairways which makes it ereally hard to find your ball, IN A FAIRWAY... greens are good, rooming fast and true. Considering it was just bought I’d say it’s in pretty good shape.
