Greens were overgrown. The tee boxes are so hard you cant put a tee in them. Theres a lot of soft fine dirt around the course and if you land in it good luck. Its like hitting from the sand but in the fairway. And both of the par 3s are 230 yards. Ridiculously long for par 3s period. I did not like the course at all.

Great Cheap course. Narrow fairways for the first fire holes, and greens can be rough on a couple holes.

Fairways are in good condition. It is very easy to get lost from hole 8 to 9. Greens are not well kept at all. Lots of weeds and dirt patches on greens.

The course is in need of some love and attention. Some of the greens were unplayable. If I can recall it was only the 1,8,9 holes that were puttable. The ninth was so small. If you are trying to learn how to play golf or work on your game this is not the course for you. If just wanna do something and have fun with the fella at low price , then it will serve that purpose.
