Greens are a little rough on the front 9.

Green look like someone did drag racing on them. It is cheaper to play but just not worth the mess. All the bunkers solid concrete compacted pits. Flooded over from rain( not curse fault) but bad drainage from compaction. Like hitting off cart path.

greens are in terrible condition

Every green had divots, dirt patches, debre, and dead spots. Almost every putt jumped at least 2-4 times. The fairways had thick strips of hay on them. We were never told they were gonna pair us with someone until they announced the tee time ( our pairings ended up being cool). Most courses will inform you of that prior to playing. It was extremely backed up. We tried to make our own pace, typically we play fast paced. We were then told to slow down and wait on our group. Megh plenty of btr plcs
