Very friendly and talkative staff-$50 for 18 holes with a cart as a single player on a Monday morning at 8 AM. They have completely given up on maintaining the bunkers and just let them become overgrown with no rakes, and no sand on the carts. The greens are in decent condition given the price point of the course. Lots of houses nearby but trees offer pretty good protection against stray shots minimal water hazards – fairly easy course overall.

Greens have weeds, the bunkers are unplayable.

Haven’t mowed the greens in 9 days. Pretty rough condition on every green. Seems like it hasn’t rained in Memphis for weeks! $50 after tax on a Monday afternoon. Not bad… but could make the argument it should’ve been cheaper

Course was great. Just played on a bad day while the greens were under maintenance.

This is a true goat ranch.The greens are terrible. Cups haven't been changed, roots growing in the cups.Slow as hell. You need a 4 wheel drive to get around. The course could be good, It needs a lot of money and attention DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
