Great condition, pace, and value. Overall 4.5/5. The greens will bend you over, and should be taken into account from the tee. They play like a pool table, and the fairways are narrow enough to excuse the driver for a few holes to prioritize an accurate long iron or wood on lots of par 4’s. Rough can be long enough to lose a good drive or tee shot and require a drop when you know you were in regulation.
