Always in good condition. You will use every club in your bag, challenging with a lot of risk reward holes . A mature course with the best views and a lot of wildlife.

The sidewalk and adjacent club house pathways were under repair as of October 2025. Narrower side fairways, lots of pretty fall trees. Gas powered cart and some steep slopes to drive on. Maintained well but the tees are kind of angled oddly so be sure to square yourself up and not rely on the tee box markers much.

Pace of play was very slow. The tee boxes were also in bad shape. Overall thought the course was very fun and challenging for me.

Great course for the price and the course is well maintained, the cart paths could use some love but doesn’t really affect the golf much! Not super busy too which is hard to find these days!
