Gem of a public course that's been a bit victimized by the dreaded "twice a year" weekend hackers lately.
Great/friendly staff. Tight fairways and shaggy rough - bring plenty of golf balls.
My single complaint is that it's absolutely one of the slowest golf courses I've ever been on. I've played 5 Saturday/Sunday rounds in the past couple months, fastest round was around five hours.
They have plenty of volunteer rangers, just need to have em swing around every hour or so and tell people to pick up the pace.
