Front 9 on oaks was great but back 9 the fairways and greens are on horrible conditions. Granted this could be because of the recent weather.

Deceptive. Rough needs to be cut.

The only ready for 4 stars overall is because the rough is very long and they also just cut it, so there was a lot of dead grass in the rough making it difficult to find your balk at times. Fantastic course though. Definitely worth it.
