Giving the condition 4 stars only for winter golf. One of the best kept I’ve seen for this time of year. 5 stars any other time of year Giving 4 on difficulty for average. It can be 5 stars playing tips and 4 stars for gold but for a beginner or average golfer. Blue tees are awesome to play a beautiful course that will test your skills but won’t overwhelm you. Greens usually fast unless wet
