The multi-level bermuda greens installed a year ago and the fairways are in great shape. Tee boxes always provide level footing, unlike other local courses.
Miss the fairway and your ball sits down a little in the rough, sometimes where it's difficult to locate, making accurate tee shots a priority. I've lost some decent tee shots slightly off the fairway and know I'm not the only one considering the other balls I come across.
Par 3s will range from 130-180 yards from the whites allowing so you can work through your bag. Likewise, a couple of the par 5s are reachable in two, but others may require a layup either due to a hazard or long enough to require 3 shots to reach (I drive approximately 270 carry).
Groundskeepers are considerate to shut down their equipment and get out of view when you're playing your shot. They are ever present throughout the course, which I consider a positive, as they keep the course in great shape.
Overall, the best maintained I've come across around.
