Not the best conditions, but a day on the course is a good day for me. Played nine with my ten year old and created great memories.

Tee boxes are pretty hard to get a tee into

Not a good experience. Majority of the greens were poorly taken care of as seen in a few pictures their is a couple holes with massive craters on them. There was a massive drain in the middle of the fairway along with a big hole on the back side of the fringe. Overall experience was not great, if these are the conditions then the price needs to be 1/4-1/2 of the price that the rates are currently at. Sorry this course will not be played again by my buddies and myself.

Too many houses

Little expensive for 9, but the course is in good shape albeit the greens were slow. Tight, short course but challenging and fun.

Course layout is good. Course condition is terrible! Some bunkers are grown over with grass, some are hard as hard as concrete. Most fairways were well maintained, but most tee boxes were destroyed and the markers were all pushed together on several. Don't waste your time.
