8 minute start times really had things clogged up on a Saturday. Front 9 took ~3hours, but the back 9 opened up (folks left after 9) for a decent pace of play

Conditions are consistently good and the value can’t be beat in this area. Some challenging holes with several elevation changes.

Very cool course design that gives you multiple opportunities to be aggressive

Greens are very slow and soggy but the rest of the course is in great condition

Difficult for an average golfer, pace of play was slow just due to the amount of people golfing this day. Green speed was extremely slow

Pretty nice in my opinion. Price is fair. Conditions are alright. Only thing is it needs more up keep. The fairways and tee boxes don’t get mowed in the morning it seems like. A good bit of Tee boxes are uneven so your feet aren’t in a great position when you address the ball, as well as the ground is pretty hard on the boxes. So it almost impossible to get a tee in the ground. The fairways also need water.

Green needs trimmed and pressed. Very slow green speed.
