I'm not a good golfer, but this course seems manageable for better players. Only 9 holes. Overlapping players are a problem for pace. I played when it had just rained so greens were like a wet carpet. Decent quality though. Sand traps are horrendous and the 9th/18 hole is the worst hole. Straight up hill, stepped, and horrible quality grass. Mostly rocks.

Horribly maintained and designed course. Very unforgiving for novice players. Conditions of the fairways and greens are reminiscent of California lawn that can’t get watered.

Can’t beat the 9 hole weekday rate.

Pretty good course

Enjoyed the round initially but when on second nine holes, the course became really crowded. Greens were long but fast.

Genuinely worst course I have played. Ground is rock solid, punished for having good drives by a ground that send your ball flying in random directions. Outside of rough is rock and forces you to move ball. Walkers from community walk the golf course causing you to wait for them to walk at times the entire hole before you can hit.

In good condition, greens outstanding. A couple of strange holes but an excellent bargain at $20 for 9 with cart.
