Tee boxes need a lot of work

Tee boxes need work back 9 are far worse than the front 9. Greens are decent, fairway is decent, rough is mostly swampy wet. Several bunkers under water still or just a muddy sandy compact mix ( no fine sand in any of them ). 50$ for the holiday rate is in my opinion fair. Fairways are tight. It is a challenging course. I will return and play again. ....side note bug spray 👍🏼

This course is in terrible condition for the price of greens fees.

A lot of people talk bad about this course, however I thought this course was very decent. Pace of play was fantastic, it felt very personal. However, the one downside would be the T box and a few fairways.

Course is fun with some challenging holes. It’s overpriced ($50) for not having grass on over half the tee boxes or water coolers out on a 85* day.

Hells Point is a great course, nestled right on back bay, and is beautiful. The course is well maintained, and there are some solid challenges throughout the course. The greens were fast, and in great condition. There is plenty of wildlife on the course. Snakes, turtles, geese, and ducks. Mike is a really great guy with impressive customer service! I highly recommend Hells Point and look forward to playing many more times this year!

Fun layout and nice greens, but the tee boxes are horrific.
