Good course can see where they installed new sod around course. Tee boxes have been beaten up, they have lots of divots and mud as though haven’t moved markers around in a bit. Greens good condition fairways overall good. Not from Richmond area but $60 to ride 18 for Par 66 seems a bit much but walked for $39. Would play again if back in the area.
Fun short course for the price, and it supports youth development in the sport. Greens and fairways were in pretty good shape. Bunkers and rough could use some work. I finished 18 in under 3 hours, playing through one group. I had unhindered play for the last 9.
