Look, conditions wise this course is exactly what you'd expect from a public low fee course in a city. It's a little beat, but it's fair - and there are some really good bones here. There are some holes here that are shockingly good (admittedly the first two holes are as bland as they come).

This could be a really good course. Greens are pretty beat up. Lots of standing water still left to drain.
