Excellent course. It's not a pitch and putt. Tight tee shots and good greens and given it's length easy to get in 4 hour round. Course gets wet in rainy season but that's what winter rules are for.

Short muni course decent condition for January. No par 5s

Nice course for walking. But pace was pretty slow all around
