Was very excited to play but arrived to find out the facilities and conditions or the not much better than your local muni and for 2-3x the price. Beautiful views on a few holes worth playing once.

A great layout with different front and back nines. However, this place is a swamp in the rain and the maintenance doesn’t justify the price.
