Wildly inconsistent greens and way to packed in

Best municipal course! Well watered. Lush fairways. Clean flat greens. Great hole variety. The driving range is a little rusty and it would be nice to have a bit more greasey options then just a dog on the turn but, overall, a great course for the money.
