One of the highest priced courses in the area, which weeds out the 20+ handicappers and increases speed of play. I would say this is a strategy to get the course back to the high quality it once was because this place is beat up. The countless outings I’m sure do not help the course conditions. Not worth the cost regardless of its prime location. Hard pass.
