This course is only difficult because of the shape it is in. Most greens are pretty small, and also have bare spots/weeds growing sporadically in them. Fairways are rock hard in places. Moved my ball a lot so I could hit off of actual grass. 70% of tee boxes are tough. Needs some TLC and water in a bad way. Pace of play was fantastic, probably because not many people are willing to pay a price equal to nearby (well kept) courses. Should be a more casual price to match to match the condition

Tee boxes need work greens need work very casual course the grass does not look like it is kept up to top standards but a good time for a casual golfer and it is still a very playable course but for the price of this course and a much nicer course to be the same is a bit crazy.

Some greens small and need fixing. Over hanging trees on par 3 #17 bad.
