The greens were in great condition! The tee boxes were in very poor condition. The fairways were decent for the most part, but very burnt out along the edges with lots of buried gravel from old car paths at intersections in the rough. Rangers and starters were nowhere to be found to keep groups on pace of play.

Played on a Thursday midday. Course is in good condition, green speed is quick, but not super fast. Course layout is very manila, but difficult greens make up for it. Value at five stars because of hot deal tee time for a pretty well kept course.
