Greens and tee boxes were very nice. Fairways were decent. Bunkers need some TLC. Clubhouse is in poor condition. Bathrooms were a mess. Porta potties were a disaster. Clogged toilets and bees nests in most of them.

Only thing I'd like to see are thicker fairways. They are a little tight.

Greens were very slow. Got rained out after 9 but they gave us rain checks.
