Gave LSU a try despite the bad reviews and regret it... the greens were in ok shape, but very slow. The course is in terrbile condition. We lost multiple balls IN THE FIARWAY due to the poor maintenance. There is a busted water pipe pouring into one of the fairways... the layout of the course is ok, but the markings of tee boxes and signage as to where the boxes is piss poor... I dont typically like to leave bad reviews, but LSU should be embarrassed to have their name on this course.

Absolutely horrible course but you get what you pay for. Greens are atrocious, rough is atrocious, fairways are sub par. They do not care or tend to the course outside of maybe mowing the tee boxes once a month. Better

The course itself is ridiculously expensive if you’re not a student. $22 without student discount and $35 on weekends? Considering there’s more mushrooms and beer cans on the fairway than actual grass on the fairway, I’d call that over priced. Don’t even get me started on the rough being *really* rough in some areas, where you will straight up loose a ball because the grass is a couple inches high and the ball dug into the mud because a pipe burst near my (true story). All in all a bad course.
