Pretty views and course in good condition but course design is strange.

First time out on this course. Houses are very close. Not much water so if you lose a ball it probably in a yard or roof. Wasn’t busy at all, carts are dated no tv screens with hole maps and distance. Lots of fun though, especially for the price.
