This course has been ripped up. The former course is being developed into infill housing. The area of the clubhouse is being developed into a commercial area. I'm told that the developers had a subsidized water rate for many decades, and when that deal ended their water bill went up more than 20 fold. It must be a blow to pay a premium for a house on a course that now has new infill housing on the fairways
