Terrible condition. Avoid for now. Under new owners. Give them 3 years to fix this course.

Steeper priced public course that had a reputation of being very well maintained. Not sure if there is new ownership, new greens keepers? Fairways were a bit burnt, greens had heavy rot in spots, and the bunkers were growing grass so tall you easily lose balls in the edges/walls of them. A really fun layout, with challenging bunkers (regardless of maintenance) and a generally casual vibe from the staff. The Practice area is nice, no driving range though. Potential to be a great course.

Course was great last year. Worst conditions of any course I've played this year. Burnt fairways, crabgrass everywhere, bunkers in terrible condition, greens half dead and $90 to walk 18. Won't go back.

Great layout, a lot of potential but overpriced and not maintained. Half the fairway is dirt, fringe on greens is dead, greens are patchy. I would give them the benefit of the doubt of a tough season condition wise but bunkers being overgrown with grass and filled with gravel makes me believe it’s a maintenance issue. Overall, was great to be out golfing in Maine but extremely overpriced and poorly maintained. Can’t say I’d golf here again.

Patchy and wet Fairways and greens. Bunkers full of gravel. $80 to walk, a joke. Great pace, place emptied out after a little rain came through.

Excellent Course.

Great course with great members accommodated an out of towner with great laughs and great drinks ! Will be back, cheers !
