Condition is fantastic, it could be a difficult driving course, the greens were pretty fast due to an NCAA event a few days prior. The price is a little steep, but it's for a good cause it makes it worth it, The pace of play is pretty good but I could see where the whole course could run a little slow in a way. I would definitely return.
