Disclaimer: played on March 2nd so the condition of the course will definitely be better In The later months. Course layout is definitely unique , lots of holes close together which can cause a little bit of overlapping from groups. 25$ for 18 which was very nice so the value for that was good. Greens rolled true which was the best part of the course IMO. Wouldn’t be my first choice of a course to play but definitely not a course I wouldn’t go back to.

They don’t have any pace of play, I played the other week and was behind a group of 5 with two walkers and 3 in carts! I skipped a couple holes went around because it had been almost 2 hours to play the first 6 holes! When I skipped them I was told I had to wait and there was no pace rules

The course was pretty rough. It impacted the score of everyone in my group. For context I paid $40 for 18 with a cart, July 16, 2023.
- over grown cups
- power lines over fairways (I managed to hit one)
- tee boxes with more dirt than grass
- fallen tree branches everywhere
- gimmicky pin locations
- rock hard bunkers or filled with water
- mushrooms that look exactly like golf balls
- practice area spilling over into the 18th green
- plenty of fairways with sections blocked off
… meh not the best
