Course does not remove weeds and leaves clippings in the rough so your ball can easily be lost in them. There are several areas around greens where it’s bare packed soil from carts, even 10ft away, and they’re not marked as GUR. The green speed is inconsistent and has notches/scuffs, and the tee boxes are not maintained, bumpy from poor divot management, and the fairways will have occasional drainage issues along with bunkers.
