The course is playable when dry and, in some spots, hard to play or unplayable when wet. Greens like 10 are currently in bad shape. If it is sunny, the course plays better… but it makes it hard to play when you have early tee times with dew or times after rain.

Owner is the one of the worst people I’ve ever met

The front nine is beautiful. Back nine is very below average. Literally putted on sand/ rocks on hole 10. Hole 11 fairway was half dirt, rough was better. Pin placement was also very awkward on back nine with most holes being near edge of greens.
